When we decided to replace our old furnace, we called several places. R&T was friendly and informative and was able to come out to our place in the country right away.

The estimate was fair and the complete job was done in a single day. The installer was very knowledgeable, neat and cleaned up the job site with broom and vacuum.

We now have a Trane 95, new thermostat and condensate pump doing their part to give us a warm house in the hills of Stillwater County.

I just wanted to follow up on the recent installation of our new Trane furnace. Vincent and Macen were outstanding! Their professionalism and workmanship were first rate. We were impressed with the level of detail during their installation and my wife especially enjoyed the fact that they laid down rugs to catch any debris generated during the installation. She is the queen of our home and them taking the time to do so was awesome.

We have an older home with unusual heating, the boiler was an older model — not very efficient, used electric heaters and the heat was uneven and costly.

Lee and his crew replaced the boiler with an energy efficient one and a programmable thermostat. We also put in a gas heater in a large unheated room. Our heating bills dropped at least 50%. The electric bill dropped also. The heat is more even.

The work was done promptly. There were no hidden costs, the crew was pleasant to have around.

It was a pleasure to do business with R&T. Are we pleased? You bet!
